FT - 简介

食品科技 introduces students to Safety & Hygiene, Nutrition and 健康饮食 in a way that is easy for them to remember.  学生们 develop a wide range of practical skills as well as those of organisation, management of time, and weighing and measuring.  They design their own products, which become more complex year-on-year, and learn how to evaluate, taste and test products whilst being encouraged to express their own opinions.
